Where is the code that controls the keyboard shortcut for the debug console?

I am looking for the code that controls the keyboard shortcut for the debug console. It should be something along the lines of Control+Shift (the exact shortcut depends on the keyboard layout, see Miscellaneous - Anki Manual).

If I search for “Control+Shift” in github, I get a few results, but none of them are for the debug console.
I looked at anki/qt/aqt/deckbrowser.py at main · ankitects/anki · GitHub since the manual states “…in the main window, press…”, but the shortcut isn’t defined here either.

Does someone know where it’s defined?
