Uploading screen shots

Hi,

I have not been able to upload screen shots from my mac (I Use the shortcut command, control, shift 4) into the cards. It reports this error.

I have tried checking media, database and this did not work. I have also uploaded to the newest version of Anki.

Wondering if there are any solutions or if anyone else is having this issue.

Looks like your collection is corrupt. Try restoring from backups. See Managing Files - Anki Manual

This can be caused by file syncing software. If you have such software, make sure it’s not running when Anki is running.
