Undoing a Synchronisation

Hello,
is there a way to undo a synchronisation? I use Anki on a Windows and an iPhone. The last time I synchronised from Iphone to AnkiWeb and from AnkiWeb to Windows, some progress was removed from Windows that I can’t do without. I did not create a back up before the synchronisation.
