hello , i made account on anki web then i sync that in anki app, so all of my decks got erased
??any way to undo this ???
First of all, if you are really talking about AnkiApp, please see AnkiApp is not part of the Anki ecosystem - Frequently Asked Questions (TL;DR AnkiApp is a ripoff that tricks users into thinking it’s an official Anki application, whereas it’s not).
Otherwise, when you say “anki app”, it can either be Anki Desktop (if you are using it on a computer), AnkiDroid (if you are using it on Android) or AnkiMobile (if you are using it on an iPhone / iPad). Depending on which one you are using, the solution will not be the same, but in any case it will involve trying to restore a backup.
Also, just to be clear, this should not happen in general (ie. syncing should not harm your collection), so could you explain what you did exactly to understand where something went wrong?
