Unclear on the Manual

Hi!

Reading the manual it says:

The Templates Screen
You can modify card templates by clicking the “Cards…” button inside the editing screen.

Seems like that should read:

The Templates Screen
You can modify card templates by clicking

Browse

from the Home Screen. This will bring you to the Editing Screen. With a card selected, in the Editing Screen click on the “Cards” button.

Am I right?

The editing screen is the note editor, which can either be accessed from the browser as you showed or from the Edit button when reviewing a card or from the Add button.
