When I try to upload new decks into Anki, I get an error message that say " Import failed. Debugging info: Your database appears to be in an inconsistent state. Please use the Check Database action." I checked the database action and restarted the app, but ut didn’t help. Anyone know how I can fix this?

If you’re still having trouble with certain decks, you can upload a sample deck to some file sharing site like Google Drive and share a link here so we can investigate the issue.
