I bought this app for my son who is part of my IOS Family Sharing group. I bought it on my iPhone and he downloaded from the App Store on his phone. When he opens the app it says that this app is no longer being shared. You must buy your own. How can I resolve this? Thanks.
I’m afraid this is an issue on Apple’s end. If restarting the device and logging out and back into the app store does not help, please contact them for assistance: https://support.apple.com/
