Unable to scroll down to change the preference of UI SIZE. please help!

this was my problem,

but while i was trying to fix the problem i accidentally run the command that i was found on this problem and it completely messed up my installations.

i run this command : export ANKI_BASE=“/path/to/AnkiDataFolder”. without changing a word. i was clueless :confused:
now when i try to install it again, it says this

The startup problem is likely a missing library.

Renaming your prefs21.db will reset your settings, including your chosen UI size.
