Unable to install Anki 2.1.44: d3dcomplier_47 error

hello. I’ve tried to install the new Anki, but I’m got this error. I tried installing as Administrator. then I’ve tried to install the older version that I was previously running, but it gave me the same error. it also does not allow me to delete that file. now I can’t use Anki at all anymore

yes, re-starting the computer and then running installer again helped indeed.
