Consider the solutions:

• Upgrade to latest version (23.10 integrates with image occlusion, so you don’t need to have the add-on anymore)
• HyperTTS - Add speech to your flashcards (more up to date with 23.10 support)

Picmonic addon not working..."Request failed. TypeError: Failed to fetch"

Basically, issues that occur with add-ons need to be resolved by the author of the add-ons. (Add-ons are developed by individual volunteers, not by official Anki) So try reporting the issue via the ‘Contact author’ link on the add-on page. If you add a description of the error, information about your device, Anki version, etc., it will help to solve the issue.
