TTS to pronounce a fixed text

I need the TTS to pronounce the fixed word “synonyms” in the card template. The following syntax below doesn’t work:
{{tts pt_PT voices=com.google.android.tts-pt-pt-x-sfs-local “Synonymus”}}

I have foun a following solution in the manual for AnkiWeb:
[anki:tts lang=en_US] This text should be read [/anki:tts]
