Transfer of Anki Data to a different drive

Hello how can I transfer the downloaded data of Anki? My AnkiApp data are automatically downloaded to my C drive but I want to transfer it to my E drive. I’m currently using windows OS, I also read the guideline but it’s kind of hard for me to understand I hope someone can help me thank you.
