יש לי גירסה ניידת ששנתיים כתבתי בתוכה שאלות ועכשיו אני מנסה להעביר למחשב חדש וזה לא עובר לי עם השאלות , מה עושים? איך אפשר להעביר עם השאלות?

Were you using AnkiMobile (iOS) or AnkiDroid (Android)? Did you sync your collection with an AnkiWeb account? Syncing with AnkiWeb - Anki Manual
If so, you just need to set up desktop Anki to sync with that same AnkiWeb account, and for the first sync choose download from AnkiWeb.

Take a look at the link in my last message. You need to create an AnkiWeb account yourself. That’s a separate step that you’ll need to do regardless of how you got the app. Once you set up that account, you can use those credentials in any version of the app to set up syncing with that account.
I don’t know what you mean by, “I received the software as a link” (or perhaps that’s just a poor translation of what you’re trying to say!) – but it’s worth checking to make sure you’re using the right app. Our main site has links to the versions of Anki for all platforms, and those are the only apps that will sync with your AnkiWeb account.

Yes, to sync with our servers, you need to be connected to the internet throughout the sync. You can be offline the rest of the time.
