The "X" in a minimized deck options window doesn't close it

This “X” doesn’t work, for the deck options.

The window only sometimes minimizes like this for me on Windows 10 (After pressing Win+D for example).

The issue appears to be caused by Qt not considering the window active in that case (Anki relies on that to check for pending changes). I found a quick fix for this. Will submit a PR.
