When I double-click on the browse icon, and i start scrolling down on all my cards, its starts lagging and say “application not responding’. I followed the steps on the “When problems occur” page, but the lagging still occur. What should I do?“
Do you have a lot of cards? I loaded a test .csv into my collection in the past which added over 1 million cards. The browse screen was lagging a lot due to that.
The button to open the Browse window is a single-click.
Does this mean you tried all the steps on the Troubleshooting Checklist?
