Not being able to open Browse

Hello! I am having an issue with not being able browse on my desktop app or mobile app. I have just recently downloaded the Ankihub add on and started using the Anking deck. I am unable to access tags or cards because the browse is freezing up everything. Ankihub support has not been able to help with this issue. Thanks for any help with this.

You might also consider that it looks like you’re in the middle of media syncing –
