Why is it still not possible to format your text with bullet lists etc.? 
When I copy bullet or numbered lists from Outlook Mail they do work in Anki.
The plan is to integrate the desktop editor in the future, but that’s still a while off I’m afraid.

What´s a while? Weeks, Month, Years And would it be possible in Anki Web?
Probably months I’m afraid, and if a similar change did come to AnkiWeb in the future, it would be at a later date.

While I agree that it would be great to be able to create a list using the graphic editor, you can already create one using the HTML editor. Click the </> button or press Ctrl+Shift+X. For the syntax see here: <ul>: The Unordered List element - HTML: HyperText Markup Language | MDN
