How to add text in the form of bullets or number list , the text I enter always is centrally indented on my iPad . Kindly help.

AnkiMobile doesn’t currently have a feature which does this. You can approximate a bullet list by writing text like:
- one
- two
- three
To have it left-aligned, tap on the gear/cog while studying, scroll down to Card Template, and change the styling from ‘center’ to ‘left’.
