Syncing problem


When I click Sync button, the following message comes up:

Please use the Check Database function, then sync again. If problems persist, please force a full sync in the preferences screen.

How do I solve this problem? Thank you.

As the message says, try Tools > Check Database, and if that doesn’t work, go to Tools > Preferences > Network and check the “on next sync, force changes in one direction” option and click sync again.
