Problem Anki cards save

Unfortunately I always get the following message:

in ENG: “Please use the “Check database” function and synchronize afterwards. If the problem persists, then please force a full sychronization in the settings.”

I need someone to help me. Thank’s a lot!!!

What happens when you use Check Database? Did you try forcing a one-way sync (upload) in the preference screen?

Where can I find the field ‘’database’’ or how can I force a upload?


Check database is in Tools > Check Database.
Force sync is in preferences > network > force changes
