Syncing after reformatting: lost user profile and its decks

Hi!

I had anki on my W11 pc with 2 user profiles. They were synced to ankiweb routinely. After reformatting, installing the software, and downloading the decks from Ankiweb, I only have one of the two user profiles I had created. It’s name had been changed to User 1. Unfortunately the user profile with 90% of the words doesn’t appear anywhere. What happened and is there anything I can do?

Each AnkiWeb account can only sync with 1 profile. Have you created the 2nd profile and set it up to sync with your other AnkiWeb account? Or alternatively, did you back up your Anki2 data directory before you reformatted your computer?
