Synchronization Problem

Yesterday i downloaded a deck and edited it. And today i couldnt close anki, because it said i needed to do a special synchronization. I cant close the app, cant open any decks and the deck I edited is not on Anki Web or other devices yet. This message always pops up: Anki encountered a problem. Please follow the troubleshooting steps. Das Problem wird vielleicht von Erweiterung verursacht. → Fehlerbehebung → Debug-Information kopieren"

I think the problem could be my Amboss Add-on. I can`t deactivate it though because my entire Anki is frozen.

Holding down Shift while opening the app should disable the add-ons.

Were all of your devices in sync before you downloaded this new deck on desktop Anki? If so, it’s safe to do that “special” sync – you need to choose upload to AnkiWeb.

If your devices were not in sync before you did this, you’re going to have to make some careful decisions or you risk losing some of your data.

Are you stuck because you don’t want to go forward with the sync? Or is your app actually frozen/crashed?
