Synchronisation deleted cards

I have downloaded the Anki App on my iPhone and tried to synchronise it with my laptop. Unfortunately I clicked the wrong button (download from anki web) and now all the cards are gone. Is there anything I can do to get them back? Please help !!

I think backups should be stored in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Anki2\Anki on your laptop

Is your application really named AnkiApp? If it’s the case, please read this. Otherwise, the solution is here.
