On auto sync (like when opening and closing the app) and when I manually try to sync my library I get a vague error. The only odd thing I can think of is that I use one of those “parallel” versions of Ankidroid on my newer tablet since because I couldn’t find a fix for the error it had (see bottom of post).
The error window that pops up is incredibly vague, unfortunately.
“Please sync again. If this message keeps appearing, please post on the support site.”
…with no codes or anything to put with it.
I’ve tried logging out and back in to sync in preferences.
I’ve tried check database and media.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the PC app with the website link.
(Version in About section is: Version 25.02 (038d85b1))
I’ve tried resetting window size.
I’ve restarted my computer.
I’ve checked my network connection.
I use no add-ons anywhere, to my knowledge.
OS: Windows 10
Syncing works fine on my phone’s Ankidroid (normal install).
Syncing works fine on my tablet’s Ankidroid.A (parallel install thing).
Syncing doesn’t work on normal Ankidroid version on my tablet ((java.io.IOexception: fstat failed: ENOENT)).
I’m not sure where to pull error codes etc from because I’m not very tech-savvy when it comes to these things, but I’d appreciate the help.
