Over the past two years of school, I’ve been using Anki with a profile connected to my school email. I’m now finished school and my email has been deactivated. Does anyone know how to go about switching the email that is on my profile? Anki recently sent email verification (to my school email) which I cannot verify obviously, however there is the option to change the email. Should I just select that? Will I lose any cards or decks if I do?
You can change your email from the Account tab of ankiweb.net. It will not remove your existing cards.
