Student in desperate need- Anki keeps encountering an error

I keep receiving an error, when completing a card. Below i have pasted the debug info. This issue has been going on for a while now. I have shut down my computer, deleted and reinstalled anki, opened anki holding on the shift button, ensured that I am on the most recent version, however, nothing seems to be working.

  1. Does “completing” mean studying? Or adding new notes/cards? Or …?
  1. Did you hold it all the way until you got the confirmation message that add-ons were disabled?

  2. Have you also run a Check Database? Same question for anything else listed on the Troubleshooting checklist that you didn’t mention.

  1. Is this happening over and over again on the same card, or on multiple cards? Are they all the same note type? Have you looked at the note type to make sure it isn’t broken?
