Anki Encounters an Error randomly while doing my deck

The error is posted below, but I do not have any add-ons. I currently am using a premade deck (jacksparrow for mcat) and I have a suspicion that this error is from Anki converting all of my cloze cards in the deck to basic cards. I do not know how to revert these changes.
