I use anki for medical lessons but those are very very long and i would like to keep learning WITHOUT randomising the card.
I mean : first time you learn, you learn by the order you put the card but next time, it’s shows up random card…
Is there a way to stop this ''randomize ‘’ features ?

Hello,
since Anki is a spaced repetition program, it will show you cards in increasing intervals (based on your performance) once you’ve learned them. So even if you control the order during your study sessions, Anki will generally only show you a fraction of the cards of one lesson on a given day.
Check out filtered decks. There you have the option to review cards in the order they’ve been added.
