When I click on the stats button in Anki Desktop, nothing happens and no pop-up appears. I tried searching for the error on Google, but couldn’t find anything like this error; the closest I could find was the pop-up appearing but having no data in it which is not my problem. The stats button still works for me on AnkiDroid so I know it is recording the information just not showing it to. What can I do to fix this?
Can you try using T keyboard shortcut? If it doesn’t work try updating Anki (just to see if it’s something resolved already).
Whenever I find things stop being clickable on the main page, it’s because I’ve accidentally bumped the “Back” button on my mouse. Anki responds to it just like a web browser would – by navigating back to the prior page. But just like often happens on any other website, it’s just a cached version and it doesn’t work right.
After I click “Decks,” the page redraws and works just fine. So try that.
