Spontaneously emerging new addons

The below image shows that new addons are created spontaneously. I personally just added 1 Image occlusion addon but for the past 3 months I have used Anki in Windows extensively. Can anyone please help me with this?? Is it a glitch or virus I need to worry about??

I dont have any flashcards in the new addons. Can i delete them without affecting my deck???

I guess you refer to having multiple note types named cloze that also have random numbers. If so this should be relevant: https://faqs.ankiweb.net/note-types-with-strange-names.html
