when studying, sometimes a label with a short hint is displayed at the bottom left of the screen for a very short time, so I can’t read it properly.
Is there any option to display the hint longer / permanently?

It’s probably telling you the card is a leech: Leeches - Anki Manual
Maybe it could be from options → Rewards → Enable Notifications.
Anyway, how can it be displayed for longer (or a second time) so that I, as a non-English person, can read and understand it?
