Shared deck: support mailto in contact author

Can we have support for mailto: in “contact author” of shared deck pages?

AFAIK, it’s possible to obscure enough the destinations for links that online crawlers wouldn’t be able to get them. And that’s much better than us trying to add email links to the deck page itself.

The reasons I’ve resisted doing this:

  • Plain mailto links make address harvesting easy
  • Some users do not have their web-based email client configured to work when clicking on links
  • Users may prefer to reach out in a more anonymous way

None of those reasons are necessarily blockers, but may illustrate why I don’t consider this a super-high priority at the moment.
