Setting due date to learning cards

is there any way i can set due date to the. cards that are in the learning phase without kicking them out of the learning phase because whent i tried the cards are considered as they are in the review phase

You can try reposition cards. If that’s not an option for you, another possibility would be to move the cards temporarily to a new deck (for example "October 2021), or to suspend cards.

by repositioning cards would they stay in the learning phase ?

Repositioning only changes the order of new cards. Anki does not have a feature to adjust learning cards outside of regular review.
