Search in specific field

I would like to search in deck called “French Sentences” in field “French audio” for word “mp3”

the problem is that

“deck:French Sentences” French audio:mp3

doesn’t work because there is space in name of field “French audio” when I used

“French Sentences” in field “grammar” for word “mp3”

it worked so I concluded that space makes it not working.
How to search in fields which contain space in names?
like in fields “grammar examples” for word “dog” and so on?
