Sorry to bother, but this issue has been brought up multiple times with the most comprehensive time I could find being this one:
Right now I’m running Anki Version 2.1.35, and the scheduler still shows new cards based on the deck order inside the parent deck. I think it would be very beneficial to have option to treat the parent deck as one deck and show new cards based on their due number. If you could please consider adding it as a feature I would deeply appreciate it.
