I wanted a faster and more comfortable way to review cards without relying on the keyboard.
Mouse Buttons as Review Shortcuts lets you control Anki reviews using your mouse by assigning actions to mouse buttons. You can configure separate shortcuts for the question and answer sides, making reviews faster and more comfortable. It works great with standard and gaming mice alike.

See a small color-coded label after rating a card (Again, Hard, Good, or Easy), giving you instant confirmation of the action you pressed.
