Before I deleted my profile, I exported my collection with scheduling preserved. But whenever I import it, the cards have all reverted to “new”. Anki hasn’t been automatically making backups like it used to, so I’m unable to get it back that way. I checked, and it doesn’t seem like ankiweb stores backups for you online. Is there anything I can do?
When you log into ankiweb.net, do you see content? If not then either you have not synchronized or then the wrong account was not used.
Also, you are using The desktop Anki.app, right?
