Anki keeps saying “Anki encountered a problem. Please follow the troubleshooting steps. Add ons possibly involved: AMBOSS official…”. I’ve tried restarting anki, restarting my laptop, holding down shift, deleting the AMBOSS add on but I’m still getting the same message no matter what I try. How can I fix this?
Are you still getting a message referencing AMBOSS after deleting the add-on? If so – add it back again, restart Anki, disable the add-on, restart Anki, and then you can delete it.
