I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps and my anki still is not working, I can se by the error there is a problem with add ons but it doesn’t allow me to do anything. It just pops the error page and shuts anki. I use anki in a Mac.
It’s hard to tell you much without seeing the error.
When you started with add-ons disabled were you able to get Anki to open? Make sure you hold Shift until you see the confirmation message that it worked. (see #2 on the Troubleshooting Checklist – Troubleshooting - Anki Manual )
Then you can respond here with what you get from Help > About > Copy debug info.
