My anki app for mac is not opening and I get error page

I have tried restarting the lap top
tried different versions
holding shift button while opening
this the error I get If anyone could help me

Have you tried the newest 23.10.1 version?

I tried old and new versions
It just will not open and has long error code
Any suggestions?

What is your os version?
What are your hardware specs?
Do you have any addons?

23.10.1 was released yesterday - are you sure you tried it? Please try it again, and if you still get a crash, please click on ‘report’ and then paste the first ~100 lines here.
