You should click “Contact Author” on the add-on page to report this to the developer of that add-on. If there’s no button and no other contact info on that page, or if that doesn’t work – you should at least include a link to which importer add-on you’re using in your post here. You can also search the forums for other posts about the add-on, and check the other Quizlet add-ons to see if one of them looks more likely to be working.
