It seems that the environment variable QT_SCALE_FACTOR does no longer have an impact on Anki. It did work on Anki 2.1.15, where I could use it to scale down Anki to make it fit on my 720×1440 pinephone screen. Is there some newer mechanism for scaling that I’m not aware of?
I should have read the fine manual: ANKI_WEBSCALE=0.75 did the trick. Sorry.
