I downloaded several decks to my account and it always tells me that i`ve got every card but there are always many cards missing, which i know because i compare it to my friends.

Can you say more about where you’re looking in your own collection and what you’re comparing to in your friends’ collections? It’s possible you’re just looking in the wrong place.
