All cards from a deck are not being downloaded

I keep trying to download a specific deck that has 2,000 something cards in it, but only 526 cards will download onto my computer.

I have tried deleting the deck and redownloading it. Does it have something to do with cards from a different being the same and then those repeat cards from the deck that I want won’t redownload?

How can I fix this problem?

How do you know only 526 cards are downloaded? Have you checked the number of cards in the browser view (selecting the deck on the left, the number of cards is displayed at the top)?

yes I have - it says there is only 526

I redownloaded again and this is what it shows:

I figured it out - I switched profiles and all the cards downloaded!
