Problem with starting anki and connection to web + syncing to mobile

About the first screenshot, uninstall the AwesomeTTS add-on and install either https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/814349176 or https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1436550454 or switch to a built-in TTS instead - Introduction - Anki Manual

About the second screenshot, all I could find is

Sometimes a 10061 error is caused by either a firewall or anti-virus software presence on the local computer.

If it won’t help, maybe try to restart your PC.
