Constant error message in need of assistance

I re-downloaded anki again after a long time and logged into my account and synce but when I tried to go to my addons and tried to add something e.g. 538351043 for “Improved Quizlet to Anki 2.1 Importer” which is what I want the most or anything else it comes up with the error shown in the text below.

I have deleted Anki and all it’s files and reinstalled to try and fix it…tried not logging in…reset my computer…turned of DNS and vpn and troubleshoot my network but no luck. I’m not sure what else I need to do or maybe go back to an older version not ⁨2.1.49?

EDIT: Going onto the github of an extension and downloading the “quizlet-importer-v1.1.1-captcha.ankiaddon” file then putting it into my anki works but also that would take so much more time because I want to test a lot of addons and see what’s right of me y’know…
hope someone can help

EDIT 2: Fixed. Just turn off antivirus temporarily
