Problem with scheduling on the Anki App

I’ve a problem with the scheduling of my Anki Cards. It works fine when I use Anki on my computer, but when I use the IPhone App the scheduling gets screwed up, let’s say that the card should be shown in 3 days instead it resets and is shown directly again. Does anyone know a solution? I always sync when I switch device but it doesn’t work anyway.

On your iPhone – are you using this app?

Do you sync when you open the app and when you close/leave the app on both devices?

Can you post the Card Info (Statistics - Anki Manual) of a card that this has happened to?
