Problem with import (image)

Hello,
I would like to import some cards from a friend but the problem is that when I import them, the images that he uploaded are not displayed. And I get what you can see in the attachments. (Same version of Anki)

  • Is this affecting all images?

  • Did your friend make sure the Include media option is enabled?
