Problem with filtered packet

Good evening, when I try to create a filtered packet I go to tools then I put my tag right after the “is:” and when I click on generate this error text came up:

The error suggests using the check database tool. Have you tried that?
If so, what does your complete search look like? Searches for tags must use the keyword tag, for example tag:difficult.

Hello, thank you for answering.
I already tried checking the database tool. It didn’t changed anything.
My complete search was : deck:“Default” is:Qinfectiologie. Now that I’ve tried with simply the keyword it worked.
