Create filtered decl from the browser doest work please help

You should delete the addon called “Create Filtered Deck from the Browser”, as it’s functionality has been integrated into anki since 2.1.41.

Delete that, then restart Anki.
In the browser, perform any search, then Edit → Create Filtered Deck…, or press Ctrl + G
